Managing the journey: start to finish
Use your general contractor or one of ours. We stay with the work from concept through punch list and final walk-through.
Manage construction projects from concept to delivery: design-build, commercial, residential, apartment, and building renovations — coordinating designers, engineers, contractors, and owner personnel.
Oversee receipt and processing of construction documentation, with strict adherence to project QA/QC processes and contract requirements.
Collaborate on reviews of schedules, proposed change orders, and contractor applications for payment.
Monitor and manage client project budgets and internal budgets, with a clear eye on project performance.
Conduct construction inspections, confirm conformity with design specifications and building codes, and provide reports.
Review shop drawings and submittals, and offer recommendations to the client, engineering team, and other stakeholders.
Identify and report safety hazards, take corrective actions, and confirm they are completed.
Manage design and construction efforts with field personnel, validate change requests, and keep project objectives in view.
Prepare and distribute official weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
If applicable, assist the client’s Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) in acquisition planning and administration.
Punch lists and a final walk-through.
